Through the power of education, the LifeTides Institute works to conserve and protect South Carolina’s Low Country. As a charitable organization, LifeTides uses its donations and proceeds to support habitat conservation and education.
We offer adult continuing education courses in partnership with the Road Scholar program, and also work with local schools, home school networks and community organizations to support awareness and stewardship of this special coastal environment and its history.
